Does this sound familiar?

🤯

I have 40 tabs open and somehow I'm more confused than when I started.

I've spent HOURS researching and still don't know how to organise my days.

🗺️

I've saved loads of places on Google Maps… but no actual plan.

This itinerary was designed to solve ALL of this.

What makes this different

Not just a list of places.

An itinerary that makes sense.

Most itineraries give you a list and leave you to figure the rest out yourself.
This one is built to be your on-the-ground best friend.

💎

Major Sights + Hidden Gems

Yes, the Eiffel Tower is in there, but so are the courtyards, passages, and neighbourhood spots that most tourists sadly walk right past.

Right Bank Icons & Hidden Gems

Start in the historic heart of Paris at Île de la Cité before making your way through the Right Bank's most iconic sights, including Notre-Dame, the Louvre, and Opéra Garnier, alongside hidden passages, local cafés, and lesser-known spots most tourists completely miss. End the day with a drink overlooking the Seine. ✨
Day 1 - Notre Dame.png__PID:7df43a3e-9239-4466-b123-6ef9c5e5f1b9
02

The Left Bank: Latin Quarter to the Eiffel Tower

Spend the day exploring the charming Left Bank neighbourhoods of the Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with beautiful bookshops, gardens, authentic cafés, and smaller museums along the way, like the Musée d'Orsay and Musée Rodin. The grand finale? Seeing the Eiffel Tower at its most magical by evening light.

Montmartre & the Marais

Two of Paris's most-loved neighbourhoods in one unforgettable day. Wander Montmartre's winding streets and spectacular viewpoints before heading to the Marais for hidden courtyards, cool museums, independent boutiques, and some of the best food in Paris. Village charm meets classic Paris energy.

Montorgueil, SoPi & the Canals

Discover a more local side of Paris as you journey from the buzzing Montorgueil area through historic shopping passageways and up into trendy South Pigalle. You'll finish the day by the canals, perfect for strolling, shopping, spotting street art, and even cruising around by self-drive boat (honestly, so fun).

East Paris & Batignolles

Today takes you further off the beaten path into the more local side of Paris. Explore incredible food markets, Paris's elevated "High Line" promenade, the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery, and the artsy neighbourhood of Belleville. Then head west to Batignolles for pretty parks, great museums, independent shops, and a calmer, more everyday side of Paris most visitors never see.

How many days will you be in Paris?

Choose your itinerary below:

Frequently asked questions

Is this suitable for first-time visitors?

Absolutely. These itineraries were specifically designed to help first-time visitors experience the best of Paris without feeling overwhelmed. Everything is organised day-by-day with practical local advice, route planning, hidden gems, and easy-to-follow recommendations.

Do I have to do everything in the itinerary?

Absolutely not, and we'd never expect you to. We include a wide range of activities, sights, and food and drink recommendations to suit different tastes and budgets. You choose the highlights that appeal to you most. We usually suggest picking 3–6 sights per day plus meals, and you can track everything in the included checklist.

How far in advance should I buy?

At least a week before you travel, ideally more. We recommend reading through the PDF before you arrive so you can get familiar with our recommendations, and some restaurants and attractions do require advance booking. The Bookings and Tickets Tracker will help you stay on top of this.

I have dietary requirements, will the food suggestions suit me?

Yes! Every food and drink recommendation is clearly labelled for vegetarian and gluten-free friendliness, with vegan options flagged too (though there are fewer of these). As always, we recommend checking any venue's menu directly or calling ahead as they might have a hidden menu you can choose from, or they can create something special for you if you give enough notice.

Does it cover wheelchair accessibility?

Yes, every recommendation that’s wheelchair accessible has an indicator so you can easily know if it’ll work for you. If you'd like more detailed guidance, please reach out to us via live chat, or email hello@loveandparis.co and we'll do our best to help.

How does the Digital Map work?

Your Digital Map has every recommendation from the PDF guide pinned on it, plus indicators to help you “stay on track” with the general path of the itinerary. It integrates with Google Maps, so you can tap any spot and instantly get walking, cycling, taxi, or transit directions. You'll also find the Toilet Guide in the Digital Map. Works on any iPhone or Android.

I'm on a budget, will this work for me?

Absolutely. Nearly all attractions included in the itinerary are either free or can be experienced “as a taste” from the outside, therefore there’s no need to buy entrance tickets if that’s not in your budget. We include budget-friendly food options marked with a single €. Honestly, if the guide saves you from one or two mediocre overpriced tourist meals, you've already made your money back, never mind the hours of planning you won't have to do.

What's the Facebook Group membership?

It's a curated, invite-only Facebook Group with expert moderators (people who truly know Paris), a members-only community with no spam or repeated beginner questions, and a great way to connect with others visiting around the same time as you. Your lifetime membership is included with your itinerary purchase.
